Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT/BST may be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99 — Free on orders over £50
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £7.99
- Next Day Delivery (order by 2 PM): £12.99
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
- Europe (5–10 business days): From £9.99
- Rest of World (7–14 business days): From £14.99
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our carrier's website.
