At HighTechNest, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been opened and used (unless faulty)
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kevinasiedu17@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

Warranty

All products sold by HighTechNest are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a fault outside our 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
